Felix is our head of all our Marketing and Creative endeavors as well as a licensed real estate agent. A specialist in the rapidly changing field of marketing, Felix prides himself on staying at the forefront of industry trends, digital marketing, so that he can best execute the comprehensive listing strategy needed for the representation of our clients. His rounded experience, collaborative attitude, high level understanding, and relentless drive makes Felix a critical asset in delivering our services with excellence.
Prior to working for HH RESCO Felix managed a team of creatives here in the Philippines for a U.S. based real estate photo editing company. He has a knack for photography, all things visual, and happily applies these skills in real estate.
If Felix isn't working hard for our clients, you can find him recording music, spending time with his daughter Nathalie (who is also a musician), helping his wife Michelle with her swimsuit line, or taking care of his sulcata tortoise named Juggernaut. Felix was a lead guitarist, songwriter, and backup vocalist for the Pelican Street band for six years before retiring from the local music scene. He also ran a Philly Cheese Steak restaurant called "Storm Kitchen" which ironically was destroyed when hurricane Odette decimated our region in 2021. He is truly a creative in many respects.
