Amenities & Resident Privileges

Residents of Movenpick Residences enjoy full access to the hotel’s pool and beach facilities. The number of people who can use the amenities per unit type is as follows:

• 1-bedroom units: Access for 4 people
• 2-bedroom units: Access for 5 people
• 3-bedroom units: Access for 7 people

Additional Amenities & Costs:

• Guest Charge: ₱600 per guest for beach or pool access
• Towel Fee: ₱100 per towel for residents or guests without their own towels
• Gym Membership: ₱4,500 per month, with a 20% discount for residents
• Spa & Dining Discounts: Residents receive special discounts at the on-site spa and hotel restaurants. Dine at Forum, have coffee at the open air cafe, or enjoy dinner and drinks at Ibiza.
• Residence Service: Residents can order food and drinks delivered to their units, subject to staff availability. During peak times, delivery may be limited.

• Condo Association Fees: ₱85 per square meter, paid monthly
• New Owner - Association Membership Fee: ₱2,500 (one-time fee upon registration)
