Tambuli Resort Day Use Rates:

- Phase 1 of the development consists of 6 towers totaling 1,350 residential units. Towers A & B have 10 floors, Towers C & D have 15 floors and a PH level, Towers D & E have 15 floors and a PH level, Towers F & G have 21 floors and a PH Level. All buildings do not use floor# 4 and floor # 13 on their elevators and numbering scheme.
- Phase 2 development will commence prior to 2025. Phase 2 will feature six residential luxury towers with a total of 1,500 units, a condotel, a 150 luxury hotel, and commercial spaces.
